Floating Support

Our Floating Support service is designed for young people that need ongoing support without the requirement for accommodation. We especially focus our Floating Support for young people who are over the age of 18 and no longer have the support networks they would have had when they were under 18.  Our role is to support any young person with their identified needs, whether this is crisis management, continuing to develop their independence skills, tenancy training and managing their tenancy, helping with applying for relevant benefits, preventing eviction or finding suitable accommodation, providing advice and sign posting to specialist services etc. We closely with the Local Authority, social workers, personal advisors to ensure young people are given holistic support in their time of need. Floating Support packages start from 10 hours per week.
